The wear resistance of cast steel grits made of wear-resistant materials is generally greater than that of high manganese cast steel grits, and the wear amount is about 1 / 3 of that of high manganese cast steel grits. Therefore, the wear rate of cast steel grits with smaller diameter is not as high as that of high manganese cast steel grits, and the number of cast steel grits added is reduced. Corner cast steel grits and arc steel sand are made of selected raw materials, with the alloy of the best ratio added, melted in electric furnace, and then converted into steel particles.

  In the process of forming steel particles from liquid metal, its chemical composition and particle size are strictly controlled to ensure that its mechanical properties meet the requirements of cast steel grits for various purposes.
