  2. The influence of the distance and angle of the spray gun on the surface cut wire shot result

  After setting the P and s values, this is the key of manual cut wire shot blasting technology. The distance between the spray gun and the workpiece is generally 50-150 mm. The farther the spray gun is from the workpiece, the lower the efficiency of the jet flow and the smoother the surface of the workpiece. The smaller the angle between the spray gun and the workpiece, the lower the jet efficiency and the smoother the workpiece surface.

  3. According to the particle state, the abrasives can be divided into spherical and rhombic. Diamond abrasives are usually used in sand blasting. The glass bead is spherical abrasive.

  When p, h and θ are set, the surface obtained by spherical abrasive blasting is smoother, while the surface obtained by rhombic abrasive blasting is relatively rough, and the same kind of abrasive can be divided into thickness and fineness. In China, the fineness of abrasive is divided according to the number of screens, which is generally called number. The higher the number is, the smaller the particle size is The higher the sandblasting number of the same abrasive is, the smoother the surface is.
